Ways to Connect

You know the old saying, “It’s sometimes better to seek forgiveness than ask permission.” Well, we know that with our members, the wisest approach is ”It’s better to ask for patience than to try to explain yourself later.”

So, we’re asking for your patience in the coming months as we move some signals around.

  Dear KHSU Listener,

As the many human stories from the mass shooting in Las Vegas unfold, KHSU is suspending its Fall pledge drive for now.

Public radio’s highest mandate is to provide steady and informed coverage of our world. Our most important mission at a moment of national tragedy should not be eclipsed by our fundraising. We are compelled to bring you the latest information on this tragic event.

To all our members whose support makes NPR’s coverage available to everybody in our community: thank you.

At these moments, you make a difference.
