Wednesdays 2-4 pm

Movable Feast focuses on new music, spanning the genres, from contemporary classical to alternative pop, and everything else in between (Alt. Folk, Contemporary Jazz, Alt. R&B, Hip Hop, Global, Straight Up Soul). In other words, if a type of music is represented on KHSU, you may hear it on Movable Feast. Host Mark Shikuma adds commentary and cultural context to the music, with guest hosts and informed discussion, "This is a new format, and it'll be constantly evolving." Movable Feast begins Wednesday January 17th, from 2 to 4 p.m.
