Great Philosophies of The Axial Age

  Humanitarian minister and educator, Molly Cate gives us a brief look at her upcoming OLLI Class titled: The Axial Age: Great Minds in Many Lands, which explores the period of time from the 8th to the 3rd century BCE when major shifts in thinking occurred independently throughout Asia and parts of Europe. During this time, Confucius, Lao Tse, Buddha, the Upanishads, Homer, Plato and more, shaped the world we know today.
