Plants will make seeds to make more plants, says Marlon Gil from the Humboldt Permaculture Guild. But how do harvest your own seeds? Gil and Cindy Annotto, often seen at local farmers markets with Rock-n-Rose farms, invite you to a seed-saving and plant propagation workshop Sunday.

The Humboldt Permaculture Guild invites the community to “Saving the Life of Seeds” with Cindy Annotto from Rock-n-Rose Gardens on Sunday Aug 13th at 10 am. A local favorite at Arcata’s farmers market, Cindy has been providing our community with an abundance of ornamental, edible and medicinal plants as well as fresh cut bouquets for decades. Join us for this introductory lecture on seed saving and plant propagation techniques. This event is free and will be held at the Freshwater Farms Reserve on 5851 Myrtle Ave. For more information contact Marlon Gil at email@example.com
